Atlas Works operates internal and public-facing applications, websites, social media publishing workflows, and advertising/reporting integrations for projects we own or manage.

Information we process

Depending on the application or integration, we may process account identifiers, page or profile identifiers, campaign/ad account identifiers, content metadata, public post metrics, analytics, and technical request data such as IP address, browser, device, logs, and error diagnostics.

How we use information

We use information to operate applications, publish or manage content, create and report on advertising campaigns, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and maintain secure business operations.

Platform data

When an application connects to a third-party platform such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Cloudflare, or similar services, data is used only for the authorized business purpose of that application. We do not sell platform data.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers and platforms needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or with consent. Service providers may include hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, authentication, error monitoring, and infrastructure vendors.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for operations, legal requirements, security, reporting, and audit purposes. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained longer.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed fully secure.

Children

Our applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
