These terms govern use of Atlas Works websites, applications, and integrations unless a separate written agreement applies.

Use of services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable platform terms, policies, and laws. You may not interfere with security, access controls, or normal operation of our systems.

Accounts and access

If you are granted access to an Atlas Works application or integration, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity performed through your authorized access.

Content and platform integrations

Applications may publish, manage, or analyze content and advertising on third-party platforms only when authorized by the relevant account owner or business. Platform use remains subject to each platform's own terms and policies.

No warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
